In 2021, a car accident interrupted the life I thought I was building. What followed became a process of healing, questioning, and coming back to myself.

The Recovery Project grew out of that process. Through music and creativity, I’m making space for the unfinished parts of life: rediscovering who we are, rebuilding with intention, and growing together.

This is the beginning. You’re invited to grow with it.
